Here is a selection of meditation and visualisation recordings that you can listen to as many times as you like.

These audios have been designed to support you on the path to health & wellness and are complementary to the osteopathy and coaching sessions I offer. They allow you to relax and explore your mind at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home.

A few details before you start listening:

  • Each audio recording lasts approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

  • The audios cover different themes such as deep physical and mental relaxation, self-confidence and taking charge of your life. You can choose the session that best suits your specific needs or let your intuition guide you.

For the best experience, I recommend that you listen to the sessions at a time of day where you will be undisturbed and can relax fully.

  • You can listen to each session directly via the built-in player or download them for offline listening. I recommend that you use headphones or earphones for the best listening experience.

  • These recorded meditations and visualisations are a complement to personalised therapeutic support. If you have specific or persistent needs, I encourage you to consult a health professional

  1. Muscle Relaxation

This guided meditation was the first one I really got into when I started studying physiotherapy in 2013. It showed me just how important muscle relaxation is and, above all, taught me to recognise when my body is tense and tight. This meditation also showed me that it's possible to relax alone at home! Happy relaxing!
