Quitting sport too soon?

TIP #1

Don't sign up somewhere because you feel obliged to: "I have to go to the gym for [... insert your reason ...]".

It's a phrase I hear every day at the practice, as if the only sport that exists is the Gym. There are plenty of sports other than weight training. All sports are beneficial, there's no ONE sport that's best for everyone.

Maybe you actually like being outdoors, maybe you actually like being in the water, maybe you actually prefer team sports, maybe you actually prefer running... which brings me to my second tip.

TIP #2

Try out different sports before signing up anywhere. It's by trying that you'll find what you really like.

It's time to get out of your comfort zone and try some new sports! Why not try a sport you've never dared to do before? Maybe you've always wanted to do a particular sport, but were afraid to do it or thought it wasn't for you. This is the perfect time to take the plunge and explore new activities.

Trying out new sports can bring you many benefits, both physically and mentally. It can help you improve your fitness by diversifying the way you move, develop new skills, widen your horizons socially and boost your self-confidence.

So don't hesitate any longer and embark on this sporting adventure and exploration!

Find a sport and a place that motivates you to wake up early on weekends.

The ideal sport challenges your body and brings joy to your heart, while also allowing you to meet new people. Engage in a sport that makes you feel good both mentally and physically, while also helping you become a better version of yourself. When you love the sport you're playing, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment and rejuvenation in your mind and body.

To get the most out of your sport, it's important to find like-minded individuals who share the same passion. Joining a sports club or community is an excellent way to meet people and make new friends. It provides an opportunity to share your experiences, learn from each other and grow together.
