These include understanding your cycle, reclaiming your metabolism, improving your vitality, and identifying what drains your energy. Following this, we'll define a strategy tailored to your cycle and unique energy use to achieve your goals.

Coaching helps to reveal the resources you have to reach your goals, whether they're personal or professional. The coach guides you, creating a space where you can find your own solutions. Being coached allows you to take a fresh look at your strategy, overcome obstacles, and maintain motivation to reach your goal. By reconnecting with your creative and confident self, you'll discover the actions you can take to shape your life the way you want.
During the coaching process, we'll explore topics such as your values, vitality, limiting thoughts, goals, and obstacles. We'll work together to shed light on your unclear areas. I'll use questions, exercises, and visualizations to help raise your awareness. Since you know best what's right for you, each session is an exchange where we let your own answers come forth.

Coaching is designed for people who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and ready to work towards their goals and dreams. Coachees must be open to and motivated by introspective work. Being in good psychological and emotional health means not having burn-out or depression in the early stages without the support of a health professional (doctor, psychotherapist, etc.), and not suffering from ADD or any mental illness such as schizophrenia. If you do, therapy is what you need.
In coaching, the goal is not to cure people, but to assist healthy individuals in making decisions, finding their path, and discovering their voice. While therapy focuses on healing our past, coaching is resolutely focused on the present and the future. If you are ready to see things with fresh eyes and take action, we can move forward together.

Each coaching session lasts for 75 minutes and is conducted online via the "Whereby" platform.

After our discovery session, we will continue to communicate by email. Once we have decided to collaborate, I will send you an invoice by email as well as a date suggestion for our coaching meetings. The invoice payment must be made before the start of our sessions.
Please note that I do not currently offer installment payments.
